1) INDEMNIFICATION: The Pearl Heart, its agents, or employees shall not be liable for property damage or personal injury to Exhibitor, its agents, or employees, which may occur on or about any part of the subject premises, regardless of how such injury or damage may have occurred. Exhibitor waives any claim against The Pearl Heart, its agents, or employees, and assumes all liability for loss or damage to Exhibitor’s property entrusted to the premises.
Exhibitor shall hold The Pearl Heart, its agents, and employees harmless and shall indemnify The Pearl Heart, its agents, and employees against all liability or expense arising out of any claim of injury or damage to any person or property, together with all costs in connection with the defense thereto, including attorney’s fees.
2) SALES TAX: Exhibitor must hold a current Pennsylvania State Sales Tax Certificate, or have applied for same. A form for application may be obtained at the Pearl Heart Manager's office.
3) SUB-LETTING: Sub-letting of booth space by Exhibitor is prohibited without prior written approval of the owner of the Pearl Heart.
4) PARKING: Parking space for one (1) vehicle per Exhibitor will be provided. Parking is for an automobile passenger size vehicle or van only. Parking accommodations for larger vehicles must be arranged with The Pearl Heart prior to the show start date.
5) EXHIBITOR LIABILITY: The Exhibitor shall keep rented booth space in good order, and shall not mutilate plaster or woodwork, and shall deliver up said space in good condition at the conclusion of the show. The Exhibitor shall be liable for any damage to The Pearl Heart premises caused by Exhibitor or Exhibitor's employees.
6) BOOTH RENTAL FEES: Booth rental fees are detailed on each show invoice, signed separately, and incorporated herein.
7) FEE DEPOSITS: A deposit of fifty (50) percent of the total booth rental charge is due upon signing this agreement.
8) BALANCE DUE: The booth rental fee balance is due upon signing this agreement .
10) CHECKS: We do not accept.
11) CANCELLATION: Once contract is signed and rent is paid we do not return funds.
Features of Booth Rental
Initial contract is for 1 month, self renewing month to month thereafter. A 7 day notice by the 1st of the month is required to cancel. The deposit is used towards the last months rent.

Consignment Available
Consignment arrangement is available for merchandise that is one of a kind or too large for your booth or just want to sell a few items, but you do not have sufficient items to fill a booth. You are given a consignment number and the merchandise is located in the shop wherever space is available. When the item is sold, a service charge of 20% will be collected and the balance due will be paid on the 1st of the month. Merchandise taken on consignment is at the discretion of the management. Merchandise must be removed by the vendor when space is no longer available.
